Ready to Apply?

If you’ve read through our Volunteering FAQ and would like to become a Grounds for Health volunteer, send the following:

All Applicants Must Include:

  • Completed volunteer application
  • Resume
  • Copy of the photo page of your passport
  • Signed waiver found at the end of the application

Medical and Lab Team Applicants Must Also Include:

  • Notarized copy of your current medical license/professional certification
  • Notarized copy of your board certification
  • NOTE: We currently do not have any openings for cytotechnologists. Please check back later. (Updated: October 2011)
