If you’ve read through our Volunteering FAQ and would like to become a Grounds for Health volunteer, send the following:
All Applicants Must Include:
- Completed volunteer application
- Resume
- Copy of the photo page of your passport
- Signed waiver found at the end of the application
Medical and Lab Team Applicants Must Also Include:
- Notarized copy of your current medical license/professional certification
- Notarized copy of your board certification
